FAQ's (Get your answers fast)

Q. How do I find out the technical specifications on the system I am configuring?
A. On the first page when you select the model of the system you're personalizing, there is a "Tech Specs" Tab next to Featured System and Design tabs right above the picture of the starting price for systems, below the name and image of the system. Also when you are configuring the system, you will see the "Tech Specs" link below the picture of the system.

Q. Can I , dispose properly?
A. We do also offer free recycling as well. To dispose of your system properly, please visit www.dell.com/recycling.

Q. How can I track my order status?
A. It's easy to check on the status of your order online, simply click on My Order Status. Enter your Order number or Dell Purchase ID number in first field and your Customer Number in second field. My Order Status is the easiest and fastest way to see the latest status of your order, your Estimated Delivery Date and tracking information for items that have shipped.

Q. If I live outside the Australia, can I still purchase a Dell product?
A. Yes, but the Australia Dell site cannot ship to an overseas location. You will have to go to your specific country's Dell website to purchase. This can be found by visiting dell.com and selecting your country in the menu box towards the bottom of the page.

Q. How do I receive my Employee Discount through the Website or Via Phone?
A. You will need to continue your purchase on our Employee Purchase Program (EPP) site. Visit www.dell.com/epp to access the EPP site. Alternatively, chat online with one of our Dell Experts for assistance or call 1-800-812-393.

Q. What is the Difference between a Mini Netbook and a Laptop?
A. If you are looking for a simple computer that supplements your primary computer but fits into a small bag and does basic tasks, such as Internet browsing and email, you would want a Netbook. However, if you are looking for a system that will handle more tasks and programs such as word processing, multimedia and games, you would want a Laptop.

Q. What happened to my cart?
A. The cart will hold its content and price during Promotional Period and will delete as soon as Promotion ends for that particular systems configuration.
