  1. 60 minute interview - by phone, or if you prefer, by written questionnaire, with one of our writers. The questions asked in the interviews are always focused on your experience and expertise about the industry and usage of Dell solutions.
  2. Draft sent to you for review & approval - you will have every opportunity to make any changes or recommendations. A second round of review of the final document in layout format will also be provided for your final sign-off.
  3. Case study publication - on Dell's website and in print.
