- Applicant must be a HK citizen with HK identity card and age 18 or above.
- Applicant should have stable job and income in HK.
- Delivery address must be applicant's residential address.
- Home Computer should be for applicant's own use in HK except Notebook.

- Hire Purchase Application Form and Dell Quotation
- Applicant's identity card copy and latest address proof such as phone bill
- Applicant's latest income proof upon request
- Guarantor's particulars upon request
