Q	Can I finance a complete package?

A	Yes, our rental product allows you to finance the Dell supplied hardware, software, installation costs and peripherals.

Q	What are my options at the end of the agreement?

We understand that you need a number of solutions to help you make the best decisions at the end of the lease term. As such, we have developed a number of options for you: Upgrade - enables you to plan the return and the replacement of all your equipment at the end of the term. This ensures that you have a rolling programme of replacements and eliminates obsolescence. Extend - if you would like to retain the leased equipment for a further period of time we can re-calculate your payments to allow you to extend for as long as you need at a favourable rental amount. Return - at the end of the term, all or part of your rented equipment may no longer meet your technology needs so you can return it to us.

Q	How long does it take for a credit decision?

A	A Credit decision is usually available within 24 hours of submission, although many applications are processed within a few hours. If you choose to apply over the phone, your application will be processed within a few minutes!

Q	What is the interest rate payable?

A	When you choose a BOQF Rental, you are paying for the benefits of using the equipment, not the cost of owning it. Because you are not "paying off" the equipment, there is no actual interest rate.

Q	What terms of payment are available?

A	You can rent your Dell equipment package over a 24 or 36 months. We advise you to choose a term that matches the effective life of the equipment.
