Dell receives your order
Working Day 2-3Dell confirms your order details and payment, and downloads the order to our factory. Note that payment must be received before the order is confirmed, and installment payments may take at least one additional day for payment.

System in production. Delays may occur at this stage if there are part shortages.
Working Day 7-10System leaves the factory and is handed over to Dell's logistic partner for delivery to your specific delivery address.
Working Day 11 - 15 Extra time for delivery to East Malaysia

Potential Delays

Please note that your order may be delayed due to the following reasons
  • If payment is not approved
  • If there are part shortages
  • If you ordered multiple items and there is a delay on one of them, we may schedule multiple deliveries so you can enjoy a part of your purchase earlier
  • Delivery to remote areas is subject to our logistic partner's distribution network and delivery scheduling
  • If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery. Should this happen, we will reschedule the delivery.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery at any time between 9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, per Dell's standard terms and conditions.
  • Delivery appointment will be confirmed one or more days before the scheduled delivery time, and will be arranged after the system leaves the factory.
  • Delivery timeslots are subject to our logistics partner's delivery scheduling. Delivery appointments will be arranged in 3-hour blocks (eg., 9am-12pm, 2pm-5pm, etc).

What is not included in a Standard Delivery

  • Expedited delivery service
  • Delivery on Weekends or Public holidays
  • Pre-delivery call for Dell printers and printer consumables, Dell accessories and Third-Party Products
  • Pre-arrival call by Delivery person
  • Time-specific delivery
  • Deferred or fixed delivery dates
  • Authority to pick up the order from the logistic partner or warehouse
  • System setup and installation (available at extra cost)

Note: Delivery of goods is in accordance with Dell's terms & conditions. Any dates quoted by Dell for the delivery of the products are approximate only and shall not form part of the Contract. Dell shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products and/or services, howsoever caused.

Each customer is entitled to a maximum purchase of 2 units of Inspiron, Studio & XPS desktops/laptops as well as monitors, printers, projectors and electronic & accessories within the promotion period stated above.

RETURNS POLICY: Dell’s “Returns Policy” found at http://www.dell.com.my applies to all sales. Choose carefully, as order cancellation rights are limited and additional costs may apply.

MISTAKES: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.

ONSITE SERVICE : Technician, replacement part or unit (depending on service contract) will be dispatched if necessary following phone-based troubleshooting. Subject to parts availability, geographical restrictions (on site and/or next business day service not available in some locations) and terms of service contract. Service timing dependent upon time of day call placed to Dell. Defective unit must be returned or paid for. Replacements may be refurbished .

COMPLETECOVER: service is available for personal computers, Axim PDAs, Dell branded projectors and LCD TV. CompleteCover excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, intentional damage, acts of God or natural disasters, animals, pets or pests. Customer may be required to return unit to Dell. For complete details refer to CompleteCover service agreement found at www.dell.com/ap/services . This service is only available in selected countries.
