The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) is the leading advisory, community and education trade group for the global tech support industry. Annually the SSPA presents STAR Awards for Service Excellence to support organizations that demonstrate an ongoing commitment to delivering world-class support to their customers in eight categories.
