For Dell's Advanced Exchange (Next Business Day), Dell will ship the repaired or replacement
products to you, if necessary, following phone-based troubleshooting. You must return the
defective unit back to Dell in their original or equivalent packaging upon receipt of the
repaired or replaced product at the same time. Dell owns all parts removed from repaired
products. Dell uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing
warranty repairs and building replacement products. If Dell repairs or replaces a product,
its warranty term is not extended. Defective unit must be returned. Availability varies.
Other conditions apply. Service is carried out in accordance with Dell's terms and
conditions. Copies are available on request.
Cartridge carries 2 years warranty only from invoice date, except for Dell Printer P1700n
which carries lifetime warranty.
