COMPLETECOVER: CompleteCover service is available for personal computers and Axim PDAs. It excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire or intentional damage. Customer may be required to return unit to Dell. For complete details refer to Completecover service agreement found at www.dell.com.au/services.

Installation Services will be provided between 9am to 5pm, local time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Prior to delivery of any upgrade service, customer must take normal precautions to backup systems to safeguard against any accidental loss of data. Dell will not be liable for loss of data or computer programs. This service does not include installation of products or applications not specifically mentioned. For a copy of the installation scope of work, contact Dell. Installation services are provided subject to the terms and conditions in the services contract between customer and Dell.
