Your Dimension^TM Service Plans offer you a choice of service options, so that you can get exactly the level of service that you or your business needs. Note that you will need to own a Dimension^TM before you can select the various service plans to complement your system.

1 Year 24x7 Priority User PC Phone Support (Round-The-Clock Access) A one year round-the-clock access to Dell^TM -certified technician to trouble-shoot and resolving your Dell hardware problems such as configuration, setup and normal operations of your system.		2 Years 24x7 Priority User PC Phone Support (Round-The-Clock Access) A two years round-the-clock access to Dell^TM -certified technician to trouble-shoot and resolving your Dell hardware problems such as configuration, setup and normal operations of your system.


1 Year HelpDesk (Software, Virus, Spyware & Peripherals) The new one year Dell HelpDesk offers fast, convenient Phone-based support for all your spyware, virus removal, and "how-to" questions - including those pertaining to industry standard applications and Dell branded peripherals. Our trained technicians are available around the clock to offer assistance on a wide variety of issues including: ·Software & Peripherals "How-to" support - Get support for issues related to over 100 industry standard applications and Dell branded peripherals - from a single source. ·Spyware Removal & Virus Extermination - Get rid of annoying pop-ups, improve system performance, clean & restore your system, and learn how to prevent future attacks.		2 Years HelpDesk (Software, Virus, Spyware & Peripherals) The new two years Dell HelpDesk offers fast, convenient Phone-based support for all your spyware, virus removal, and "how-to" questions - including those pertaining to industry standard applications and Dell branded peripherals. Dell Training : Personal Productivity Kit with 65 Courses (Online Access) Learn online to build your skills to maximize your potential. It covers 65 courses at an affordable price. You can learn at your own time, own pace and anywhere.

On-site Service: Technician, replacement part or unit (depending on service contract) will be dispatched if necessary following phone-based troubleshooting. Subject to parts availability, geographical restrictions (on site and/or next business day service not available in some locations) and terms of service contract. Service timing dependent upon time of day call placed to Dell. Defective unit must be returned or paid for. Replacements may be refurbished.

CompleteCover service is available for personal computers and Axim PDAs. It excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire or intentional damage. Customer may be required to return unit to Dell.
