CONSUMER CARRY IN SERVICE

Dell's Carry In Service is to provide easy method for getting your in warranty computer system up and running. This is a drop-off service initiated by just calling Dell Technical Support and a certified technician will help you troubleshoot over the phone. If the technician determines that the issue requires your computer be repaired at a Dell’s designated repair centre, you’ll be asked to bring and carry-in your computer to your nearest Dell’s designated repair centre. Dell will repair and/or replace defective parts within the product warranty period. Carry In Services are available during standard hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

  • Service is inclusive of labour and parts, but excludes software and third party products
  • External peripherals (such as monitor, mouse and keyboard) may be delivered using a courier for customer installation
  • The approximate repair lead time is between 3 to 6 business days from the system receipt date, subject to Dell Authorized Repair Centre’s ability to replicate the faults and parts availability.
  • Service is carried out in accordance with Dell's terms and conditions. Copies are available on request
