Dell endeavours to collect, repair and return the system within four business days, provided that Dell's Technical Support determines that the system has to be repaired and diagnoses a system fault before 5.00pm (local time) on business days. This service is inclusive of parts and labour. The collection and return of the system is available Monday to Friday, during the standard service hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm on a business day. If the collection or return service is required after the standard service hours, overtime service is available at an additional charge.
