Technical support calls will be routed to a specialist team in the customer's local Dell office during local business hours. Outside of these hours, calls will be routed to a specialist English speaking team located in one of Dell's central call centres in Asia Pacific. Standard call rates apply.
A call to Dell Technical Support is required to initiate a service call;
If it is deemed necessary following telephone based troubleshooting with a Dell technician, we will make arrangements for your system to be repaired under the terms of your service agreement
