Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Someone will need to be at the nominated address to accept and sign for the delivery . Estimated delivery time does not commence until your payment has been received by us. The delivery time is an ESTIMATE only and the delivery date will be affected by: Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution; Whether there is a shortage of parts for the system that you have ordered; Your delivery address. If you live in a non-metropolitan or regional delivery zone a longer delivery time may apply to your order. If your order contains non Dell branded products and peripherals (e.g. Logitech keyboard), these products will be delivered separately to your Dell system or printer order. Your order will be delivered to the following locations within an estimated delivery time of 1 - 3 business days from confirmation of your payment: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Wollongong, and Newcastle. Delivery time may be longer than estimated in other locations. Products ship next business day after payment confirmation.

Because of the transport method we are using to make this as fast as possible, somebody needs to be at the nominated address for all Fasttrack deliveries, regardless of the location.

Pre-scheduling of your delivery will be organised by our delivery company for most metropolitan cities. This service is only applicable for standard delivery orders that contain laptops or desktops. To ensure your area is covered by this service, enter your post code at the bottom of the page. If this option is not available in your area someone will need to be at the nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to accept and sign for the delivery

We will commence work on your order immediately and accordingly, changes in your order detail may not be possible. Any permissible changes in order detail will incur delivery delays and additional cost . The above is not applicable for express delivery orders
