PRODUCT INFORMATION

INTEL PROCESSOR-BASED SYSTEM CONFIGURED WITH 4GB OF MEMORY OR MORE: The total amount of available memory will be less than 4GB. The amount less depends on the actual system configuration.
DELL DESKTOPS, NOTEBOOKS AND WORKSTATIONS WITH 4GB OR GREATER SYSTEM MEMORY CAPABILITY: A 64-bit operating system is required to support 4GB or more of system memory.
GRAPHICS & SYSTEM MEMORY: Significant system memory may be used to support graphics, depending on system memory size and other factors.
WIRELESS TRANSMISSION: Speed references for comparative purposes only. Actual speed varies with environment, equipment, and other factors, and will be less. Range may vary due to number of users, interference and transmission barriers, such as walls and building material. Additional access charges apply in some locations.
FOR HARD DRIVES: GB means 1 billion bytes and TB equals 1 trillion bytes; actual capacity varies with preloaded material and operating environment and will be less.

0% CREDIT CARD INSTALLMENT: Interest free installment payment is available with Maybank and Citibank credit cards issued by Maybank Berhad and Citibank Berhad. Up to 12 months interest-free installment payment is available and is subject to approval. Above rates are based on 12-month installment term to the nearest Ringgit Malaysia. DELL WARRANTIES AND SERVICES
ADVANCED EXCHANGE SERVICE: Technician, replacement part or unit (depending on service contract) will be dispatched if necessary following phone-based troubleshooting. Subject to parts availability, geographical restrictions (onsite and/or next business day service not available in some locations) and terms of service contract. Service timing dependent upon time of day call placed to Dell. Defective unit must be returned or paid for. Replacements may be refurbished. For Dell projectors, bulbs have a minimum 90 day limited warranty.
IN-HOME / ON-SITE SERVICE: if issue is covered by Ltd Hardware Warranty and not resolved remotely, technician and/or part will be dispatched, usually in 1 or 2 business days following completion of Remote Diagnosis. Remote Diagnosis: Determination by online/phone technician of cause of issue; may involve customer access to inside of system and multiple or extended sessions. Availability varies. Other conditions apply.
COMPLETECOVER: CompleteCover service is available for personal computers, Axim PDAs, Dell branded projectors and LCD TV. CompleteCover excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, intentional damage, acts of God or natural disasters, animals, pets or pests. Customer may be required to return unit to Dell. For complete details refer to CompleteCover service agreement found at www.dell.com.my/services . This service is only available in selected countries.
COLLECT & RETURN SERVICE: Dell endeavours to collect, repair and return the system within four business days, provided that Dell's Technician determines that the system has to be repaired and diagnoses a system fault before 5.00pm (local time) on business days. This service is available during the standard service hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm. UNIT EXCHANGE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR DELL POWERCONNECT SWITCHES: Parts Exchange Service is a replacement of service part(s) on an exchange basis. Replacement parts will be dispatched if necessary following phone-based troubleshooting. Subject to parts availability, geographical restrictions and terms of service contract.
GOLD TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS USER: Gold Technical Support (GTS) is available for Vostro, Latitude, OptiPlex and Dell Precision only. In the event of a system or part replacement which may require access to an optical device and the customer has opted out of an optical device, Dell reserves the right to decline service until the customer grants Dell the access to an optical device to enable support and serviceability. For complete details refer to the GTS service agreement.
THIRD PARTY WARRANTY: Third party products are not covered under Dell's Terms and Conditions. Manufacturer's warranty applies.
KEEP YOUR HARD DRIVE: Replacement hard drives provided through this service may be new, used or reconditioned and produced by various manufacturers. Dell reserves the right to cancel this service if the customer use of the service is not in accordance with the service terms and conditions.
