If we ever ask for information that is significantly different than the foregoing, we will inform you thereof.

Consent to collect personal information

Your consent to Dell to collect personal information is regarded to be given to Dell when you submit personal information to Dell or click the "consent" button with respect to Dell's terms and conditions or to the collection of personal information on the Dell Subscription Centre webpage.

Retention and destruction of personal information

Dell will delete your personal information when the purpose of collecting and maintaining your personal information is no longer needed. However, Dell will retain certain personal information pursuant to and to be in compliance with the Korean Commercial Code and other relevant regulations.

Dell only uses your personal information for specific purposes

The information you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with Dell.
