Consumer Carry-In Service
Should a remote diagnosis fail to rectify your problem, we’ll repair your PC for you within 3-6 business days after you send it to  Dell’s Authorized Repair Centres. For full details, download the  Carry-in Service Agreement.

Consumer In-Home Ltd Hardware Service
Should a remote diagnosis fail to rectify your problem, we’ll repair your PC for you within 2 business days at the convenience of your home.

Dell Phone Support & Online Remote Diagnosis
You can get assistance from virtually anywhere with DellConnectTM  , where Dell service professionals can access, diagnose and repair your system securely over the Internet, whether you’re at home or on the road.

Standard Telephone Technical Support Operating Hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding observed holidays).

Plus Telephone Technical Support service extends support service hours from 9 am to 9 pm (Weekdays) and also Saturdays (9 am to 4 pm).

Standard or Plus phone support is available for selected Dell Inspiron and Studio Desktops/Laptops.

Unlimited 24x7 Telephone Technical Support (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) is available on Dell XPS, Adamo and Alieware Desktops/Laptops

CompleteCover Accidental Damage Service
Accidents can happen. That’s why we protect your PC against liquid spills, drops, surges and screen cracks. This service includes repair and replacement for parts.

On Call Subscription
Your time is valuable, so our remote diagnosis professionals are available by phone to help with those “How do I?” questions. (7 days a week, excluding observed holidays).

Nights & Weekend Service
Need PC service after regular business hours? Our professionals will visit you to fix your problem.

Each customer is entitled to a maximum purchase of 2 units of Inspiron, Studio & XPS desktops/laptops as well as monitors, printers, projectors and electronic & accessories within the promotion period stated above.

^0% CREDIT CARD INSTALLMENT: Interest free installment payment up to 12 months is available with Citibank, OCBC, UOB and DBS credit cards issued by Citibank Singapore, OCBC Limited, United Overseas Bank Singapore and DBS Bank Ltd, subject to approval. Above rates are based on 12-month installment term to the nearest dollar. Actual monthly payments depend on exact system selected and term of financing.

RETURNS POLICY: Dell’s “Returns Policy” found at http://www.dell.com.sg applies to all sales. Choose carefully, as order cancellation rights are limited and additional costs may apply.

MISTAKES: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.

ONSITE SERVICE : Technician, replacement part or unit (depending on service contract) will be dispatched if necessary following phone-based troubleshooting. Subject to parts availability, geographical restrictions (on site and/or next business day service not available in some locations) and terms of service contract. Service timing dependent upon time of day call placed to Dell. Defective unit must be returned or paid for. Replacements may be refurbished .

COMPLETECOVER: CompleteCover service is available for personal computers, Axim PDAs, Dell branded projectors and LCD TV. CompleteCover excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, intentional damage, acts of God or natural disasters, animals, pets or pests. Customer may be required to return unit to Dell. For complete details refer to CompleteCover service agreement found at www.dell.com/ap/services . This service is only available in selected countries.
