We're available 7 days a week to assist you by remotely accessing your computer (with your permission of course) to fix common software issues you may be experiencing and help with those "how do I?" questions.
  • Dell OnCall is available 7 days a week. Monday > Friday (8am–10pm AEST) and Weekends (9am-6pm AEST)
  • Dell OnCall covers the computer you’re purchasing
  • Your computer will need to be connected to the internet via a broadband connection for us to remotely control it
